we usually have the same spot or room for our practice, we do it at the same time, we are calm, ready for the routine … it is perfect scenario where all is easy unlike the rest of the day where anything can put us of balance, where we are forced to fast reactions and too often react automatically; on the mat is much easier to be present, the breath can be the reminder, we have good thoughts and intentions for the rest of the day which we can implement only if we are present; looks’ like the key to growth is being conscious, calm, in the moment …
